ABOUT ME
I am leadership and performance coach who supports leaders to execute their brilliant ideas with impact. I apply evidence-based coaching practices to enable my clients to leverage their strengths to show up as confident, effective, and influential individuals. I have over 15 years of experience working with leaders from a variety of industries. My clientele includes Fortune 500 corporations, international NGOs, small and medium organizations. My coaching focuses on helping my clients to develop helpful mindsets, skills, and habits to realize their aspirations.

I apply insights from neuroscience, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral psychology to guide one-on-one interactions to support your development plan and help you find ways to stay engaged toward reaching your goals.

I have been an industrial and organizational psychology practitioner since 2001 and have extensive experience working with small, medium and Fortune 500 organizations to support their leaders to develop the necessary mindsets and skills to drive sustainable culture transformations. Over the last 10 years, I have facilitated over 500 training programs focused on leadership development and employee engagement for global clients in North America and Europe.

I have a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in I/O psychology from Saint Mary’s University. I received coach training through Fielding Graduate University’s globally recognized Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching Certificate. I hold the ACC coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.
